Why shop at hakoco.com?
We are based in the US. All the products we sell are shipped from US. So, no need to worry about custom, delays, expensive shipping charge with long wait to get your favorite Japanese products!
We work directly with the brands themselves or with their official authorized distributers to source our products.
Each product we sell passes through our own hands to confirm that the product is legitimate.

Payment

What types of credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards. Alternatively, you can finalize your order with PayPal payment service.

Shipping

Do you ship international?
Sorry, We currently do not ship outside the U.S

What shipping options do you offer and how much does it cost?
Our shipping partners are USPS and UPS.  Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. However we offer free shipping over $100!

When will my order be shipped?
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed be a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your orders, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Why did I only receive part of my order?
Don't worry, it's on its way! While we do our best to ship all orders in one package, there are times when orders will ship from multiple warehouses. If you did not receive multiple tracking numbers, please reach out to our customer service team for assistance.

Order

How do I check my order status?
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can also login to your account and view your order history.

Account

Do I necessarily have to create an account to order?
No it's not mandatory. But it is highly recommended. Indeed, it will allow you to find your history, edit your addresses and track your parcel online faster. You will also be notified of new products and special events.

Do you save my bank details?
Absolutely not. We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.

Cancellation and Returns

How do I cancel an order?
Order on hakoco.com can only be cancelled before they are packed for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible.

How do I return my order?
Returns are accepted for all items within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us before sending the product and we will suggest you how to return the products to us. Once we receive the package and confirm the content, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
